A first order from a manufacturer you haven't worked with before raises obvious questions — lead time, payment, customs paperwork. Here's exactly what happens between requesting a quote and the pallet arriving, for buyers ordering fiberglass mesh, tape, or foam from the Bautex factory in Ferizaj, Kosovo.
Submit the quote form or contact the sales team directly by phone or WhatsApp with the product, mesh weight or foam type, and approximate quantity. No minimum order is required to get a price — pricing is quoted per roll/canister and scales down per unit at pallet and truckload volumes.
The sales team confirms the exact product code, packaging (rolls per pallet, canisters per box), and total quantity, and issues a proforma invoice with the agreed price, delivery address, and estimated dispatch date.
Standard terms are bank transfer against the proforma invoice; a deposit with balance on or before dispatch is common for first orders, with terms for recurring distributor accounts negotiated separately. Exact terms are confirmed in writing before production is scheduled.
In-stock items ship from the Ferizaj factory within a few business days; larger custom-volume orders are scheduled into the production run and the sales team gives a specific dispatch date at the time of quote rather than a generic estimate. Rolls are palletized and shipped by covered road freight.
Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice, packing list, and CMR consignment note for road freight. CE declarations of performance and ISO 9001:2015 certification are available on request for customs clearance and internal QA records.
Delivery is by direct road freight to Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, and EU destinations including Germany. The buyer is notified of the carrier and estimated arrival window ahead of dispatch.
